His background spans manufacturing operations, maintenance leadership, automation and process control, production engineering, process engineering, and industrial reliability improvement across complex manufacturing environments.
Over the course of his career, Bryce has held technical and leadership roles supporting maintenance, operations, electrical and instrumentation systems, automation initiatives, production optimization, and operational management. His experience includes leading reliability improvement programs, preventive maintenance strategy development, turnaround planning, and capital prioritization efforts within industrial facilities.
Bryce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology and an Associate’s degree in Manufacturing Technology, along with Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He also brings extensive experience supporting OSHA 1910.119 Process Safety Management (PSM) covered processes and high-reliability industrial operations.

Greg Wilson brings more than four decades of leadership and operational experience across municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment systems. His extensive utility operations background and firsthand understanding of operational challenges became the foundation and original inspiration behind the HydroIntel IQ concept.
Throughout his career, Greg has held senior leadership positions overseeing utility operations, treatment facility management, project execution, regulatory compliance, and operational performance improvement initiatives. His experience includes serving in executive leadership, utility management, project management, and consulting roles supporting complex water and wastewater operations across multiple states.
Greg’s background includes extensive experience directing treatment operations, leading capital and infrastructure improvement projects, supporting operational optimization efforts, and managing large-scale utility systems with a strong focus on reliability, compliance, and long-term operational sustainability.
He holds an Associate’s degree in Water and Wastewater Technology and maintains Ohio Class IV Water Treatment and Class IV Wastewater Treatment Operator licenses. In addition, Greg has been licensed to operate water and wastewater facilities in 9 states throughout his career.
